While browsing on the Internet, me and my rat friends spotted a few cute photos. One of a rat doing math calculations, one having a tea party and one who could knit! I wonder what it would be like if rats could knit?

We want more paper!
Since owning the rats, us rat minions have discovered something that quite surprised us. After putting it in as bedding, we found out that the rats loved collecting kitchen towel, especially Steve. Whenever they heard a rip of the paper, they would rush to the bars to receive it. Once they had grabbed it, they would bring it up the ladder a nd into their sputnic. It is always entertaining watching Steve drag the kitchen towel as he does it so quickly, it's even better when the peices are long and he ends up standing on it.

The cardboard box
Thanks to the new cardboard box, the rats have been much more active during the day. They love to chew play with their new toy. I'm surprised they liked it so much as they pay no attention to their cardboard tube. You can often see them scooting along as they shift the box around the bottom floor of their cage.
To make this toy, all you have to do is cut some rat sized holes in a cardboard box. Simple!

The new chew toy
A few days ago, I found a new chew toy at pets at home. When I introduced this new object to the rats, they immediately got their teeth into it. What a success!
